Question about bumpers

Has anyone found if the manual gives the exact height the bumpers need to be from the ground?

The bumper zone is between 10 and 16 inches from the floor. I learned this by reading the manual.

Manual chapter 8, Section 8.2 (Definitions) on page 3 (of 32)

in general, anything in ALL CAPS will be in the definitions section of each Chapter
