Broken LabVIEW key?

I have been having difficulties putting in the serial for LabVIEW, I'm sure it's typed in EXACTLY, but on both the Classmate PC, and another Windows XP laptop, the license is said to be incorrect.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Just FYI - this issue has been fixed. All of the serial numbers that shipped with your software will work now. : )
