We useually are:
Mon-Fri 3-6

Next week the kids have finals, so the times will be different. The last full week of the build is a winter break so the school is shut down and we are not sure what we are going to do to work on our robot that week. I wish we had longer meetings, or at least worked that first weekend after kickoff to get a robot design going.

We work 7 days a week, unless the school has a reason not to let us in (abestos cleaning going on at the other end of the school, MLK holiday, etc). Weekdays are 6-9, Saturdays are 12-9 (technically two sessions, 12-4 and 5-9), and Sundays are 1-4. As long as we have an adult there, the school has no problems with us working on the weekends, so we take advantage of the time we can get. During mid-winter break, the hours change based on mentor availability. During finals, we keep the same hours, but there usually aren't very many students in the shop because they need to study.

We have tried many different schedules throughout the years and have settled on the following.

Mon-Thur 6:00 to 9:00
Sat 8:00 to 3:00

We will also usually work all day MLK day and Presidents day.
We also work the last Sunday before ship and will add the Sunday before if we are behind schedule.

We have found that working every day causes too much burnout on the team. This schedule has worked well for us the last two years and has allowed us to ship a totally functional robot.

We work Mon-Fri from 5:30 to 9ish
Sat from 10ish to 6ish
It really depends who is there and what is being done, we are a 12student team, on average I'll say we are having six to eight come. Then again its finals week.

816's work week is this:

Mon - Thurs: 3pm - ~8pm (This Is Divided Into Two Shifts)

Friday: 3pm - 5:30pm

Saturday: 9am - 3pm (This is divided into two shifts as well)

Also, we've been known to work as late as 11pm but I think the last season we worked past 8pm may have been 2007.

2022 has an interesting schedule do to our school schedule.

For the first week of build we meet 8AM-11:30AM, 1PM-4PM, 7PM-9:30PM
After that we meet between anytime between 4:30 and 9:30 weekdays. On weekends we normally meet 10AM-10PM. Students are not expected to show up to every session, just when they are able to. However the student leader board normally shows up to everything.

We work:
M-Th: 4:00pm - 8:00pm
Sat: 10:00am - 4:00pm

Holidays and Snow Days(if its safe) are: 10:00am - 4:00pm

We also work the Sunday or 2 before Ship.

Last year the last weekend we worked from 9:00am - 2:00am on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

Here is ours:
Mon-Tues-Thurs-Fri: 7-9 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM until 12 PM, or later.

This year we are also trying out Mondays and Thursdays after school. The school district does not allow meetings on Wednesdays and Sundays, but this schedule works out well enough. As somebody else pointed out, not working every single day helps to reduce the burnout factor.

Team 811 uses this schedule:
M-Th 6-10pm
Sa 9-6pm
Su 1-6pm
(Friday's are "Date Night". ;) )
Semeseter exams are next week, so we can't work from Sunday evening through Thursday evening (but we usually have a Friday afternoon session following). The exact times can vary based on Mentor availability.

Monday-Thursday claims to be 6:30-9, but most people come around seven and leave around 9:20-10

Friday is the "mentor rest day" xD

Saturday's 9am-5pm, Sunday's noon-5pm. But this year might be different because the week before ship date is our break, so we may meet more often then.

We usually work 4-8 on weekdays and 8-4 on Saturday, though if we're on a time crunch we'll work later. Some of us work at lunch as well, but that's less often, and it's usually just electrical

We're in Australia and it is currently summer holidays so we are currently meeting from 9am to 9pm every day until Australia day (26th of January)
After that we probably will be meeting from about 4 (most schools finish at ~3) to 9.

Thanks,
timytamy

Edit: tehehe... I beat you Sarah.

Our team is fairly small so everyone meets pretty much every day. Some days we don't meet if we are waiting on parts to be made or shipped. Mentors come according to their schedules and our need of them, usually about 2 or 3 days a week. Since we work at our school, our times are

mon-fri: 2:00 to between 5 and 7 based on how much work we have to do. Some fridays last til the school shuts off power for the night at 10.

sat: 9 to 5

towards the end of build we tend to work longer.

RoboMaster
13-01-2010, 21:59
Mon, Thurs, Fri - 5:00-8:00
Sat - 9:00-2:00

We meet later so our mentors, who work at Medtronic, can come to the meetings after work. Plus, anyone who wants to do homework can stay and do so between 3:00 (end of school) and the start of the meeting. We get like 20-30 people.

We only meet 4 times a week and for 3 hours on week days, which seems to be A LOT less than most teams. Yet we get everything done on time for shipping and without excessive stress. I really don't know why this is, we're not some super team or have been around since the beginning. Even most "super teams" seem to meet a lot. Do we just do less and set our robot-building goals lower? I don't think we really do..... Don't think that I'm trying to brag, I'm genuinely puzzled as is the rest of our team. I'm mentioning it because people might think it odd that we meet a lot less than (seemingly) most teams and maybe someone has an idea why this still works for us. Anybody? Maybe not?

See schedule for more info. (So far, we are on track!! That's a FIRST)

And get this... we ran out of time last year, so this year we took out Mondays.

The perks of being a senior or junior in a school district that has several robotics classes including a double block honors robotics class for seniors and juniors. ;)

Team 2207 usually meets:
Monday: only if necessary, since many members are also on Math Team (which meets on Mondays)
Tuesday, Wednesday: 3pm-8pm
Thursday: 6pm-8pm
Friday: only if necessary because our mentors have families
Saturday 8am-2pm or later, depending on how late the school is open (it usually is open until 4ish)
Sunday: day off

The Toltechs do the common Mon-Thur + Sat for the first four weeks. But for the last couple we usual throw in Fridays and Sundays.

And yes, Fridays are the "Mentor Mental Health Days"!

Since we're not directly affiliated with our respective schools and meet at the local University our schedual is slightly different. During build season it is:

Wednesday 3:00pm - 8:00pm
Saturday 9:00am - past midnight (really long day =]
Sunday 1:00pm - 6:00pm ish
We also come in on most of the days we don't have school.

After build season and during the summer we essentially only keep the Wednesday meetings.

Grim Tuesday
