I am unable to install the plugins in Netbeans.

I am receiving the following message...

"Check your proxy settings or try again later. The server may be unavailable at the moment.

You may also want to make sure that your firewall is not blocking network traffic."

I have triplechecked the url. Any ideas? Is the server down?
Thank you!
Chris

I tried that and got the same message. I downloaded the plugin on another computer and transferred it over and it worked fine.

This should be the URL you are using:

http://first.wpi.edu/FRC/java/netbeans/update/updates.xml

You can also manually down the five files that you need and manually add them from here:

http://first.wpi.edu/FRC/java/netbeans/update/

We had the same problem while trying to download the plugins at school. Some of them downloaded and others couldn't. I took the laptop home and downloaded everything just fine.

Thanks guys!!!
The FRC documentaion lists (http://first.wpi.edu/FRC/java/netbeans/update/fpga1.3.0/updates.xml) as the address and it worked for me last month. That address is no longer valid and the current one you gave worked great.

Thanks everyone. I was able to go home and download the plugins and put them on a memory stick and have installed them on all the computers. Good luck everyone!
