AXIS 206 camera not working

The camera is not giving us any video. Our Driver Station is up-to-date (compass in the lower right corner), we've made no changes to the basic camera code, but we're not receiving any video. Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Do you have the crossover cable plugged into port 2 of the crio? Does your camera turn green around the lens?

Also, have you gone through the basic camera setup? IP, Username, Password, and such?
