Honestly, I don't think there's much that anyone can glean from that video other than that you guys have a kicker that can hit the ball well over the bump.

I think if there was a close-up video, or at least specs as to how the kicker is built, we could give "helpful hints".
Also try checking out some of the other kicker prototypes posted around CD.
