software update problem

After installing update DSUpdate1.0for2010 and FRCLabVIEWUpdate2.0for2010, when trying to restart the Classmate, I got the error message saying "can't find nicyapi.dll", so the driver account doesn't work properly now. Anyone had this problem before? Also, how can I go back to Developer account, since now the front panel does not work and I don't have the Exit Button?

ok... this problem is like a week old, and if you look on older threads, you should be able to find it... but you problem is that the update was missing that specific download. i think you can check either the forums or the wpi website to find the link for it
