2010 Hall of Fame Requirements [Archive]

I just have a quick question for those HOF teams out there because I seem to be over looking something. I cannot seem to find a section in the manual that states HOF requirements like it did last year. Can someone tell me if they exist? Thanks. :)

I thought they did a separate e-mail blast for that for the HOF teams to follow.

Has any of the HOF teams received this email? I have been unable to find any information regarding HOF submission requirements.
