BUMPER COVERS

hey, i was wondering if anyone had any ideas/suggestions or even instructions on how to MAKE an elastic bumper cover? we're making blue bumpers and don't really want to make a second set of red. thanks in advance! (sorry if this has been posted before! >_<)
