Is any one having hard time getting the sidecar relay drivers working? Can't get any voltage on them much less turn anything on.

Help!

Perhaps this post (http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/showthread.php?t=81383) can help you define "not working" better.

If by sidecar relay drivers, you mean the relay "zone" with the 3 pin male connectors on the side of the digital sidecar, then yes, ours were not working either. We spent 15 minutes blaming the programmers :) . Turns out, that was the only "zone" that didn't work. It was brand new right out of the box, digital sidecar. We swapped in another digital sidecar and it worked fine. (Actually, our spike was also broken... needless to say, today was not a good day.)

Hope this helps.

Thanks, I suspected something was fishy when I did not see any voltage at all on the side care relay zone when it was powered up. We will need to get another side care because the other one we have dose the same thing.

The relay outputs only provide voltage when you're trying to turn on a relay and the robot is enabled. The red and green LEDs next to each set of relay output pins will light to show what's being commanded.
