Windriver Connection problems

We just recently started having some difficulties connection to the Crio through windriver whenever we try to connect we get that error message that shows up if you don't install the labview update. We did. We could really use some help. Thanks.

okay we got it fixed we still would really apreciate an explanation as to why it happened so that it won't happen again. However if you are having similar problems you need to reinstall windriver then install the windriver update on the CD, then install the neccesary Labview update and then install the Workbenchupdate20100170.exe update.
