To perform a faster connection to the cRIO, we recommend opening the “FRC Imaging Tool” that placed on desktop. While the Imaging tool is opened, it “forces” the cRIO to establish connection faster. When the Imaging Tool detects the cRIO, you will be able to close the tool.
So, when you are short in time or the Communication light on the Driver Station still red, use our advice.
