Okay, that looks sweet. Will the ball stay with your robot if another team tries to steal it?

I have a feeling they will be the ones doing the steeling ;)

Looks pretty awesome. But if you go up a hump will it be penalized for holding if it leaves the ground on the sloped part of the ramp?

I'm still trying to decide if this is the best or worst thread title.

I believe the worst thread title would be "Eureka Team 123 sucks", or even worse, "Eureka Team 123 now sucks balls" :P Both quite funny, yet misleading titiles.
Cool idea for a vacuum system. Do the two brackets holding the nozzles pivot any, or does the ball only lineup one way? Approx. how much surface area do you have on the ball?

How effective is the suction system if dust gets into the system? I'm just skeptical on the idea due to the fact that the competition carpets aren't alway the cleanest.

Well done. It looks like you have great control on that ball. The only thing that concerns me is that your drivers will have to be VERY accurate when approaching a ball. Make sure they get plenty of practice! Good Luck!

Just wondering how you guys managed to reduce the number of leaks when contacting the ball. and if you guys are using any solution around the lip of the suction cups what material is it made of. Great work guys very cool stuff!:D

Looks like you guys have a lot of suction going on, great job. After looking at the picture you posted, I was wondering where you got your vacuum's air fan / blower from or if you manufactured your own setup? There were similar ones on McMaster-Carr but I was just curious where you got yours.
I miss driving the Cosmobot :P
