The Software has been updated. The cRIO has been updated. The instructions were followed to the letter for implementing Simple Motor Control. The program compiles and downloads without an error. Under the "Watch Mode" everything functions without an error. However, the Joystick does not cause the motor to run and the Jaguar flashes yellow (never going solid).

All of the wires have been tested for continuity. All parts have been systematically swapped out. Does anyone have any suggestions/help as to why the Jaguar never goes solid and the motor doesn't turn?

We can't go any further until we resolve this issue.

What is the RSL on the Digital sidecar signaling?
And the other Digital Sidecar power status lights?
What do all the Driver Station status lights on the Diagnostics tab indicate?
Of course, is your robot Enabled?

Some typical reasons for a Jaguar blinking yellow:

Robot not Enabled by the Driver Station (RSL tells all)
Jag PWM cable not connected to the white PWM outputs, reverse connections, or possibly bad cable
Digital Sidecar not receiving power
Code does not Open the PWM the Jag is connected to.Of course there are many more possible reasons, such as, out-of-date software and cRIO image, which you already checked.

Did you mean to say you are using the "Motor Control Example" ?
My version of LabVIEW doesn't have a "Simple Motor Control" example, but you might be using something else as your baseline.
What instructions did you follow, so I can walk through them?

A brief explanation of what you did to make it work would be appreciated.
