We're using the Axis camera provided in the Kit of Parts, but we're having problems displaying the image on the Classmate. We have completed the following:

Set IP address of camera to 10.24.84.100 (we are team 2484)
Set Subnet mask of camera to 255.0.0.0
Hooked camera with a crossover cable into ethernet port 2 of the cRIO
Copied sample code (windriver/c) for camera into program

We're getting great communication with the cRIO, but no image is displayed. Can someone help us out?

Make sure you've download the mandatory updates from the USFIRST website and installed them on the classmate AND reimaged the Crio with the Version 19 image that comes with that update.

In addition, the installer doesn't work correctly, so you'll need to install the update on the classmate, uninstall it, then reinstall it again to insure that you have it correctly installed.

The easiest way to tell if you have the update installed correctly is to look for a "compass" to the right of the camera image on the dashboard. If it's there, you've installed correctly.

make sure your dashboard is updated(has a gyro indicator)
if not update it and the camera feed should work

The camera IP needs to be left at the default of 192.168.0.90 for anything to work.

It also needs a user account of username:FRC/ password: FRC.

We have installed the new updates, but it was mentioned that they must be installed, uninstalled, and then reinstalled again. We can't figure out how to uninstall these updates so that we can reinstall them again.

If your Dashboard looks like the right picture here:

then you don't have to worry about running the installer again.

If it looks like the left photo, then run the DSUpdate again and see this photo for where the uninstall is:
