From <R72>

C. Solenoid valves. All such valves must have a maximum ⅛” NPT port diameter, and a maximum Cv of 0.32 (if non-KOP valves are used, the team will be required to provide part documentation validating that the valves meet these constraints). Solenoid valves that are rated for a maximum pressure that is less than 125psi rating mandated above are permitted, however if employed, an additional pressure relief valve must be added to the low pressure side of the main regulator. The additional relief valve must be set to a lower pressure than the maximum pressure rating for the solenoid valve.

You should have received one double solenoid valve in the KOP

we did not recieve the one in the KOP, and we missed teh deadline to get it replaced, so that is why I am wanting the serial number and other information to order new ones.

See the 2010 FIRST Robotics Competition Manual and Related Documents (http://www.usfirst.org/roboticsprograms/frc/content.aspx?id=452) page on the FIRST web site. Under Section 10 - The Kit of Parts there is a link to Where to get more (http://www.usfirst.org/uploadedFiles/Community/FRC/Game_and_Season__Info/2010_Assets/2010%20Where%20to%20get%20more_RevB.xls) which includes a URL for FESTO's "FIRST robotics program" support page.

Rather than try to duplicate the KOP solenoid, just pick out a legal one that is available. We are using this one from SMC:

VQZ2120K-6G1-N7

This is a vqz2000 series valve with a metal seal, Cv is .3 in one
direction, .32 in the other. Max pressure 145 PSI. It has 1/4" one touch
fittings on the work ports, 1/8" NPTF on the pressure and exhaust ports
and can be mounted on a manifold. It operates on 12 volts, and has lead wires attached to the coil (no plugs)

The K indicates high pressure, or a 145 PSI rating.

Finding this exact part may be a challenge, so look for one that is close. Ours is coming from Japan, with expediting, it takes a minimum of 10 days to get here
