Make sure you update both Labview and the Driver's station to the latest version. There is an update out for both of them. After you do that make sure to reimage the cRIO with the latest image (v20).

After we installed the Feb 15 updates, the PSoC I/O board not working any more. The same I/O board is working on laptop with driver version 3.2.0.4, but not working on the newly updated laptop with diver version 3.4.1.20.
Any suggestions ?
Thanks.

What would happen if we don't upgrade since everything works right now?
Dumb question...right?:ahh:

We have installed both updates and re-imaged the cRIO (BTW: on one of the laptop we have to re-image a few times till it worked).
I am wondering what caused the PSoC driver version difference between my dell (winxp, with V3.2.0.4 which is the same version as before we loaded the new updates) and hp (vista with v3.4.1.20).

The new cRIO image is installed with the Labview Update. After installing the Labview update, when you run the cRIO imaging tool you should see v20.
