Victor PWM Wiring

I haven't used victors in a long time and I can't remember how to wire the PWMs, whether the signal wire(white) goes toward the fan or toward the outside.

Black wire toward the fan, white wire to the outside.

There is a little B embossed on the plastic toward the fan end of the connector.
