Do you have the template? If you don't have that, get it and then we'll see what we can do. http://usfirst.org/roboticsprograms/frc/content.aspx?id=452 listed under Section 8

I have the template but my issue is that I'm unable to find the price and weight for certain parts most specifically the bolts and screws.

Oh, the fasteners? <R23> says that you don't need to worry about those, provided that the cost per item isn't over $1.00. List them, as knowing how many you use can help you in planning for later (and to comply with <R21>), but you needn't include the cost, except as noted above.

As for weight, you aren't required to include that in the BOM. It's included to help you get a weight estimate.

You don't need to list fasteners such as bolts, screws or small electrical fasteners on the BOM. See this answer (http://forums.usfirst.org/showthread.php?t=14588) from the Q&A System. So you don't need to worry about those small items.

Another gentle reminder to utilize the official Q&A System for questions on rules and rules interpretations, to ensure that you get complete and correct answers.
