If teams could post pictures of the control boards/panels they will use to drive their robots that would be cool for all of us to see.
here is team 639's control panel we will use to drive: The Commander
(yes the spinning kicker's speed does indeed go all the way up to 11. Also there are red lights that shine through the laser engraved profile in the plexi panel although they are not installed yet)

spacegy4 and future posters, it would be best if you provide links/thumbnails to the images instead on embeding them.
If you don't do this, it will become near impossible for bandwidth contrained users to view this thread.

My bad for assuming that people that most people that did FRC would have access to broadband internet. Sorry if I offended anyone folks. I made the images into links

How much does that weigh? It looks like it weighs more than the one I'm working on and a lot of students are claiming it weighs too much, I'll show them yours and everything will be okay.
Also, how are you attaching the classmate? Velcro? Other?
Looks cool!

Really nice! i love the metal look.
Team 399's isn't as nice, but I think it's the best yet. I'll get some pics tomorrow and upload them.
Our design considerations were weight, length, portability and driver/operator comfortability. This board is 399's first control board designed and built enirely by freshmen(w/mentor help).

Velcro
I will check to see what the weight is and post it when I get the chance.

We looked in the background of the first picture you posted and found a red cup in the trash can. Also, on the laptop you have google up on the web browser. Then we looked at the chair in the background and found the "#9" written on the back of the chair. So, gathering these clues, we looked up "Red Cup" on Google, went to the 9th result, and it turned out to be a soccer website... Just something to think about.
