How do I tell labciew to make the robot kick once?

I am a noob at LabVIEW. How do I tell the robot in LabVIEW to kick the ball?

We are using motors. And I want to move forward for 1 second and then kick the ball. How do I do it?

You're definitely going to have to give us more info than that.

How is your kicker set up?
What motors does it use?
How do they affect the motion of the kicker?
How is it latched?
What ports does its motor connect to?

Like 1075guy said and others have said, we need to know more about the hard ware you are using to kick the ball.

If you were going to control the motors manually and not through LabVIEW,
What actions would you need to do to kich the ball with your hardware?
If you can write the steps down and post them then, I am sure one of us could tell you how to code it.
