Here Down Under we have been busy getting our robot ready to ship. (We have decided to ship a day early to give Wombot an extra day to clear customs.) We found that we need to re-image the cRIO almost everyday! When we don't re-image the cRIO we get "No Code" errors. We are running the latest version of the WPIlib, and images for the cRIO and Classmate PC. Have you encountered a similar problem?
I have personally only had to image the cRIO when an update was required...
Are you sure you are undeploying and downloading correctly?

What language are you using? In labview, running the code using the run arrow does not deploy it.
Likewise, if you are not Building it, then using "Run as startup" instead of just "Deploy" you will see that issue. (In labview only - I can't speak to the other languages).

We are using C++, and every time we download we undeploy first. Last year, I had no problem using the same system. Any ideas?

Hm... Have you tried downloading it multiple times in a row without undeploying it?
Did you try hooking up your cRIO to a hypertermnial to your computer?
That would show you if the code is downloading correctly.
Sometimes a code will build fine, but have errors anyways. We had some problems with our autonomous and that.
