looks screen printed to me. truly the best way to get the kind of results you want. we print our bumpers too, although I am dissapointed we can't put anything else but the team number on them this year

Yep, we had them screen printed at Merry Lynne in St. Paul for less than $50. Definitely easier and better-looking than paint!
