can some one tell me what the ip adresses are for changing settings on the bridge as well as the ip address to navigate to

You'll probably have better results if you reset everything to their defaults and then follow the directions in the manual.

More specifically, the 2010 FRC Controls Manual is what you want to look in.

Before starting, reset your bridge, hold button until amber light comes on and returns to green!

the default IP is 192.168.1.250.

Does setting it to get ip adress automaticly mean DHCP?
