No, you should just plug it in.

I don't remember the mapping of the controls, but you can check that in
Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Game Controllers
or by using LabVIEW Indicators on the axes and buttons on the Teleop front panel.

I think in order to do that you have to download some software i am not sure but then just do like on the ps3 hold the ps button with the usb cable connected

With the appropriate drivers (BT or USB), it should appear as a standard HID joystick to windows, with the appropriate number of buttons/axes.

Using BlueTooth is illegal
