Axis camera stopped working

Our axis camera is no longer streaming video to the dashboard. We are using v20 of the firmware, v4.3 of WPIlib, and v1.1 of the dashboard. Our camera was streaming video early in the season. I have tried using the 2010 vision demo also without success. What other information would be helpful? How should I try to fix this?

Try following the instructions on page 58 of the Control System Manual Section 2to (http://usfirst.org/uploadedFiles/Community/FRC/Game_and_Season__Info/2010_Assets/2-2010FRCControl%20System-Getting%20Started-Rev-0.7.pdf)reconfigure the camera.
