I'd like to know what inscriction is - I can't even think of any nearby word that makes any kind of sense here.
Inscription is a profession which was introduced in Patch 3.0.2. Inscription allows players to create glyphs, scrolls, Darkmoon cards, vellum and various off-hand tomes. Inscription includes a "gathering" skill: milling. This skill creates base materials from herbs, and is similar to disenchanting and prospecting.
Trainers are available in every racial capital, allowing players to train up to 300 skill. To gain 375 skill, players must visit a trainer in TBC Hellfire Peninsula. The 450 skill level can only be obtained from trainers in WotLK Northrend.
Unlike Jewelcrafting, another profession added in an expansion set, Inscription can be trained with only the base World of Warcraft (that is, without any expansion sets), as trainers are found in all starting towns, not just expansion set areas.
Who knew? (http://www.wowwiki.com/Inscription)

I'm willing to bet he means registration. The Spanish equivalent of "register" is "enscribirse," which translates directly to "inscribe" in English. This would be the second time I've heard a native Spanish speaker ask about the "inscription" for a regional (http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/showthread.php?p=883813#post883813).

I'm sorry I had no idea it was still possible to sign up for events at this late date. "Registration" did not enter my mind as a possible meaning of the word. I thought you were asking about the cost of something at Las Vegas.

Inscribirse, in my dictionary. ;)
It could also be Portuguese, as we commonly refer to the registration as inscrição.

My bad! I wish I was fluent in Spanish. Or Portuguese, for that matter.

I also wish I was fluent in Spanish! :p
Maybe even Portuguese, for that matter... :D

Hey! You tricked me! :p

The definitive word will have to come from frcteams, but I have seen teams who have signed up at the last minute if a regional has openings. This sometimes happens at the end of the day Saturday as teams are packing up.
What happens is teams get fired up after attending a regional, and then look for another. There are many ifs. If there are openings, if the teams can get the registration fee paid, and the biggest if: if the shipping can be worked out.
