You may not what it. This is a red card match for us. As we shift the robot makes a back and forward motion to lock in gears resulting in touching the hanging bot. This was our only penalty for the weekend, but it was very costly.

I was referring to your autonomous mode. That's exactly what we've been trying to duplicate.
Team 2405 (my team) at TC also got a HUGE penalty for the rest of the competition.
We tried climbing onto the wrong side of the tower because one rod was lower, yellow card carried through the rest of the competition.
The ref who asked us if we knew what we did wrong sounded a bit rude...

Nice autonomous! What is you average number of balls in out of the three you hit? Ours averaged 1-2 out of 3-5 balls hit.
We also got a yellow card for agressive behavior by ramming a robot into the goal several times. Funny thing was, the drive team didn't see a robot there!:p Gotta love small bots!

Which side of the tower were you trying to climb on?
I'm slightly confused...

The side facing the driver's station is not allowed. Team 151 got a penalty at GSR for doing it accidentally when the robot slipped off the bump.

What are you programing in ie.Labview,Java or C++? We used java If you want the code e-mail me I we will send it to you. We scored in auton from every zone. I think Our students did a great job with code. I think that by the time West MI comes, that we will be able to score every ball from any zone in autonomous mode. Good luck at your competitions.
