Human player errors

Hello i was wondering, if a human play drops the ball and it rolls away should they get it if it requires them to step outside of the line or should they allow it to roll away?

How many penalties do you want?

1 for stepping outside the alliance zone (<G48> or <G49>)
or
1 every 2 seconds until the end of the match, after the DOGMA grace period expires (<G17>)

Field reset is supposed to collect it and return it. How fast they are depends on a number of factors, like where they are, what's at the end of the field, etc.

Can you get it with the trident? If so, try that.

Will you have to leave the zone? If so, you will get a penalty.

If you leave the zone, will you be able to get back with the ball and get it up in the allotted time? If not, that's another penalty.

I'd say let it roll, let the resetters get it, and get a different ball up there pronto.

sorry for the subforum it is CD put it because i forgot to select a folder.;)

So if they field reset crew can get it back to you quick enough for you to get it through the ball counter before DOGMA runs out than it is best to let them do that or will you recieve a penalty if they touch it?

You will not be penalized for having the field reset crew return the ball to you (other than through DOGMA if you don't get it up in time).
