Hello all, i am wondering if there is anywhere that i can get a fairly cheap analog pressure meter for the pneumatics system thats rated for 120 psi. I'm looking at having a way to read in the PSI in the program so it knows when it has enough pressure to kick. Ive been looking around the internet for a meter but they were either very high ranges (1-10,000) or very high accuracy (+- .0001 psi) and they cost like about $500.

While still not cheap, sensata (http://www.sensata.com/sensors/pressure-sensor-hvac-63cp.htm) makes pressure sensors in the $100-$200 range. A similar one was included in the kit in 2004.

Perhaps you can cannibalize it from a digital tire pressure gauge like this one. (http://www.cheap-battery.com/cb04352.html) Just have to make sure its rated for 120psi

We used this one (http://search.digikey.com/scripts/DkSearch/dksus.dll?WT.z_header=search_go&lang=en&site=us&keywords=223-1041-ND&x=7&y=16) from DigiKey for $115 and it worked perfectly.

We bought a pressure switch similar to the Nason switch in the kit, but with a lower "on" pressure, in 2008.

It won't tell you what the pressure is, but it will tell you if it's above the pressure of the switch.

it's about $50 and you can specify the pressure.
