Does FRC require the use of a main regulator? We lost ours. Are we able to use the secondary regulator instead???

<R76> “Working” air pressure on the ROBOT must be no greater than 60psi. All working air must
be provided through one primary Norgren adjustable pressure regulator.
You must use the primary Norgren regulator to regulate your pressure down to 60 PSI for the working side. That's the way the rules are written--see <R76>.
You could try asking Q&A for their take on this--I think they'd say the same thing I just said. They may allow you to use another regulator--if they do, print out the Q&A and bring it with you to hand to the inspectors.
Your best bet right now is to contact other teams going to your event and see if they have one you can use.

I will send an email off to our head mentor to make sure we pack one if we have it, and will make a note to stop by your pit on Thursday morning.
I don't know if we have one or not so if you can track down a definitive one then I would go with that.

Alright, we are fairly certain we have one, if we don't we will definitely help you track one down.
If for whatever reason I don't remember to come by your pit by ~9:00 on Thursday come by the 2175 pit and we'll get you sorted out. Our pit has a white banner hanging from a black pipe structure and we will be in black polos.
