We weren't able to get much video footage or many pictures of our finished robot from the build season, but we managed to capture a ton while attending the Boston Regional. Unfortunately, we had a ton of trouble peicing together our robot Thursday, and a lot of Friday was spent tweaking our robot for the next match. Fortunately, our efforts paid off and we were able to show off what our robot was capable both in Saturday's qualifying matches and with our alliance partners 229 and 2590 in the elimination rounds.

Here are some pictures of our robot at the 2010 Boston Regional:

And a couple videos from Saturday:

Match 1 (http://tinypic.com/r/657v38/5)
Match 2 (http://tinypic.com/r/s6861d/5)

Robot specs:
-2 center wheels power the robot
-4 omni wheels at the ends of the robot makes it so the robot can turn on a dime
-roller on the front lifts up when a ball is caught, turning on a switch that tells us when we have captured a ball.
-ball detector enables us to score two in autonomous

There were some things we couldn't get working in the competition, particularly our entire vision code which worked well while our gyro worked. Unfortunately our gyro broke, but I think we'll be able to show that off at the Beantown Blitz!

I'm on a different computer from the one I posted the pictures on, and they seem to show up fine. Are the videos giving you trouble to?
