Do I still need the electronic KOP form in Atlanta. I have already attended a regional.
Thanks ahead
Yes. You need it every time you go through inspection.

You need to have a printed version of the BOM or one available on a computer for the inspector to view during inspection. See this thread (http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/showthread.php?t=85009&highlight=BOM).

<R89> At the time of inspection, teams must submit an electronic copy of their Bill Of Materials (BOM) of all items used in the construction of their ROBOT, and their associated costs, to the inspector (see Rule <R21>). BOMs must be transferred to inspectors at the event via USB drive (inspector or team provided).
As per <R89> a printed copy is unacceptable. Only a BOM in electronic form on a ISB drive is acceptable.

I've posed the question (http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/showpost.php?p=952058&postcount=14) in the other thread: Is the BOM paper copy (or a version open on a computer during inspection) an additional requirement for teams at Championship?
Merely transferring the BOM to the inspector station computer makes reasonable verification of the BOM difficult. Clearly, inspectors cannot afford to do a thorough item-by-item check of every BOM. However, a spot-check of a few obvious (and/or random not-so-obvious) components can be done very quickly if the BOM is visible at the time of inspection.

David,
I completely agree with you. Printing a BoM (In addition to having it on the USB drive) would make inspection that much easier. However, your previous post stated a printed Bom OR electronic form.
The only reason I brought it up was because the REQUIREMENT is a BoM, In FIRSTs template form, on a USB stick. Teams must have this, and a print only copy isn't acceptable. Printing one in addition to the electronic form is fine ... and probably preferable.

I would take a look at this Lead Inspector Post. (http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=85009)

Please check the linked thread and also check the revised Inspection Checklist for Champs on the First website. Inspectors will need to see a BOM to reference costs to items on your robot. You will not be submitting one electronically or on paper. It is for reference during inspections only.
