I encourage every team to download and read this. 234 is one of the best run, most professional, and most effective teams I have encountered in FIRST. While they have some programs that have parallels to what 341 did, they also have some incredibly effective programs that 341 did not do that might be easier to adapt to a smaller budget or smaller community team. Every team can find something to learn from 234.
