FRC Delta Download

Does anyone know the location for Download of FRC Delta. I know it comes shipped with FRC fields, but some members of the Team and I were hopeing to get our hands on it in advnce. Any help would be appreciated.

Try to have an XP computer run it (doesn't like win7 or vista)

The FTAA machine at Battlecry@WPI shipped with delta, and was incompatible with the software loaded on the scorpion.

I'd try to steer clear if possible.
