Another case of misreading the rules. No, the human player (*) cannot pick up the track ball, even if he is wearing safety glasses.

(*) - err, RoboCop, um, RoboCoach, uhh, "Coach who isn't really the coach - who gets the button with the dot?" Whatever we called that position in 2008.
