What does it mean when the NXT says "Teleop offline" when directly connected to the computer, and how do you make it go online?

If your using the template that came with the toolkit it means that the NXT is running the tele-op program but is disabled or has not received a new packet from the fms.

To fix it, when your running the program off the computer, just control the case structure that has your tele-op code with either a Boolean constant or a Boolean control from the front panel
