I left the boot up flash drive given by FIRST in school over summer, doing inventory check, it was not found and hence missing from its locked location, is there any way to get a replacement or download the software so that I can fix the classmate pc by reinstalling the program given by FIRST using a usb flash drive.

I had another team copy it to dvd, but can't transfer it to a usb drive, one file named with 10---(or something) can't be copied over. Thank you.

On the FRC Competition manual (http://usfirst.org/roboticsprograms/frc/content.aspx?id=452) page, there is a link to a document called "Where to get more". It gives an email address to contact to get an existing flash drive reimaged.

The original USB key is a bootable drive. It must be copied using something like UNetbootin (http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/). Team 781 has successfully made (and installed) a backup copy of the key. As Joe Ross said, FIRST can provide you with a new image.
