Issues with Autodesk site

3d Mentors - have any of you been experiencing problems inviting your students to download the Autodesk products. I can log into the website, so my ID is still valid. When I go to the toolkit page as instructed, the team lists are blank. I posted a question to their website but haven't received a response.

Have them go to this site :

There are directions on how to have your students sign themselves up.
