There are some character encoding issues with your badge creator script...
For example:
http://www.thebluealliance.net/tbatv/teambadge/gen/1111/CC33FF/33FFCC/teambadge.png (http://www.thebluealliance.net/tbatv/team/1111)
The team is "The Power Hawks", with the quotation marks.
Another one:
http://www.thebluealliance.net/tbatv/teambadge/gen/1717/000000/FFFFFF/teambadge.png (http://www.thebluealliance.net/tbatv/team/1717)
The team is D'Penguineers, with the apostrophe
Of course, not all special chars are messed up.

@, !, and ^ seem to work, but not ' or ". It would be nice if you could resolve this issue. :D
