FIRST site seems up and fairly responsive to me. The manual is unencrypted on the FIRST site.

FIRST site seems up and fairly responsive to me. The manual is unencrypted on the FIRST site.

It seems to come and go for me, sometimes things load fast other times it takes a minute or two to load a basic page.
