Rule r 11, a critical spec is not clear. Is it 60 inches or 213.4 cm?

It seems this could be answered officially quickly.

Because the GDC hasn't released Update #1, which is due out today.

If they don't address it, Q&A (opening tomorrow) should get it about .0001 second after opening.
