Field carpet source

What is a good source for field carpet (exactly the one they use with the FIRST field), and how much do they cost?

Section 2.2.1 'The Field' of the game manual says it's "S&S Mills, Sequoia 20 Oz. Level Loop Pile, Color: Ground Pepper."

The simplest and least expensive way to get the carpet is to claim a field's worth after a regional competition. :D
