Using a 6wd with maximum width and lenght specifications, is it possible to feed a robot which is parallel to the feeder station with arm extended and still drive straight into the caution zone without fear of being penalized?
If the robot is pushed into the opponents alliance zone is this a penalty?
What sort of advantages could there be with an arm that could rotate 90 degrees?
Do you break the plane of your opponent's zone? (<G32>)
Do you violate the 84" cylinder? (<R11>, <G40>)
If the answer to either of those is yes, have a penalty.
If you're pushed in, <G61>.
Advantages to that kind of arm: More flexibility in retrieval and placing of game objects.

If you are pushed into the opponets alliance zone you do not get penalized according to rule <G61> which states "The actions of an ALLIANCE shall not cause an opposing ALLIANCE to violate a rule and thus incur PENALTIES. Any rule violations commited by the affected ALLIANCE shall be excused, and no PENALTIES will be assigned.
Unless otherwise noted, all PENALTIES assigned by referees are applied to the entire ALLIANCE"
So no you cannot get penalized for getting pushed into the other Alliances Zone.
