This is team 3038s 3rd year. Every year in the rules there is clearly defined areas for setting up the wireless network. I have yet to find it, have any of you?

Have you checked the Control System Manual?

If you're not asking about the robot control system, you now need to look in the Administrative Manual, Section 3 (at least I think it's still Section 3), At the Event.

I believe he's asking about the ability to use wireless networks in the arena. I too read through At The Events and I did not see the restriction like there has been in previous years. Good thing to Q&A just to double-check.

i was talking about setting up the wireless network with the robot. like all the ip addresses i can not find it anywhere

From what I can tell, the information you are looking for can be found here: http://www.usfirst.org/roboticsprograms/frc/content.aspx?id=18530. Under "Control System", possibly under "Getting Started with the 2011 Control System"

I also noticed that it was rather hard to find this year. Even when you get to that page, it's hard to figure out which documents you need to use.
