BDC-COMM won't recognize our jaguar

When we try to connect our jaguar to Firmware update using the BDC-COMM, and when we launch the BDC-COMM tool, it can not connect to the comport. Are there parameters to be set on the comport such as bit rate, parody ect.

It sounds like you're missing some drivers for that COMM port. If you just installed them, try rebooting your computer.
