I'm having trouble finding where in the rules CENTER LINE is defined?

It is shown in the unofficial illustration in section 2.2.2 FIELD Markings

It should be in drawing FE-00034 (Page 5 of link below), but it is not. Post to Q&A so they can include in Team Update #4.

While you're posting to Q&A - remind them they are missing a vertical dimension on the ends of the Y portion of the tape. See attached image.

They could alternately specify the angle of the Y.
