bridge system is not connecting to the cRIO

For some reason we can't get the wireless bridge to connect to the cRIO. How do we fix this so that it works? Can someone please help.

You're going to have to give us some more information. Are you using the 2011 bridge? Can the driver's station see the bridge? What configuration steps have you followed, and what other things have you tried?
