The third team update added a new PN we could use on this years minibot, W739023 and W739057, simply put what is the difference?

Also can anyone tell me the power one of those motors has speed stuff like that. the kit didn't have very much info on the motor and the TETRIX site also did not have very much info on the motor they gave us. thank you
