Last year's competition had pages like the following:

Where we could download pretty much every doc related to the robot, programming, etc.
I can't find the equivalent for this year even after hours of searching. Where is it? Or are we expected to use last year's instructions and somewhere there is a PDF that explains the differences (different classmate, different wireless).
I am working with a rookie team this year and am frustrated that there doesn't seem to be one place to go to find this stuff.
